When you make an enquiry

We collect your name, email address, your organisation if you choose to provide it, and your message. We use these details to respond, understand your request and discuss relevant services with you. You do not need to choose a programme before contacting us.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and communicating about our services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may also process information for that purpose. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

The form needs your name, a valid email address and a message so we can respond. Your organisation is optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people.

Where your message goes

The form sends your enquiry by email to Peter at Rockwater Leadership. Our website hosting and email service providers process information to deliver the website and handle messages. We do not sell enquiry information.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law. If your enquiry develops into client work, we will discuss any additional information needed for that work separately.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting discussion or work. When deciding whether information is still needed, we consider whether the enquiry remains active, any follow-up you have requested, and relevant business or legal record-keeping requirements.

Cookies and the three-question guide

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry form uses a necessary session cookie to help protect submission and limit repeated requests.

The three-question guide runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent to Rockwater or saved in a website database; they reset when you reload the page. The guide suggests a starting point and does not make decisions about your eligibility or access to services.

Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to operate and secure the website. Phone, email and WhatsApp links open services with their own privacy arrangements.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask for access to your personal information or to correct inaccurate information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask for deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information.
